DubaiJob Description:Merchandiser is responsible for all the processes related to the products that he needs to handle inside the outlets fromreceiving deliveries, arranging products at the store area, display on shelves and promotion areas.Duties and Responsibilities1. Display all SKU's and ensuring all price tags on a clean and well-maintained display. Products logo are facingconsumer.2. Communicate the stock situation in the outlets to the sales supervisor and the preseller and follow up on orderreceiving.3. Rotate the stock on the shelf according to expiry date (FIFO), Any expiry on the shelf or the back store will bemerchandiser?s responsibility.4. Inform the supervisor and the preseller about the near expiry before 45 days from the expiration date.5. Make sure company spaces are fully occupied with products as per planogram and any changes in the space should becommunicated to the supervisor.6. Flexibility and being available during the night implementations according to the communication from the salessupervisor.7. Time in and in-store time must be complied with by all merchandisers.8. Maintain a very good relationship with SSFL management and customers.9. Cover 100% of your route as per the Journey plan communicated by your Supervisor.10. Using the Handheld in a proper way. Doing sync and submit per day, start call and end call per outlet, all the additionalfeatures which will be reflected on your performance evaluation.11. Reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products.12. Capture final display photos for the shelves and promotion area and share it with your supervisor daily.13. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, etc.14. Prepare the required daily, weekly and monthly reports depend on operational requirements.15. Follow and respect the outlet's regulations and ensuring that you are wearing a suitable uniform for each outlet
