1. Takes ownership of the site activities from site development to completion and handing over.2. Supervise all on-site construction including subcontractor?s, resolve problems on-site and make sure the work conforms to plans and specifications.3. Intervene & resolve/change details as and when required to facilitate smooth implementation of all works as per plan.4. Carries-out inspection of day-to-day activities, prepare daily site progress and reporting to the Project Manager.5. Assists in development of new project proposals. Includes directing and preparing layouts, developing budget estimates, preparing preliminary and detailed designs, collating all required information.6. Work with internal team and consultant to make tender drawings, BOQ and specifications.7. Coordinate with consultant and operation team for the civil and MEP design requirements.8. Work closely with consultant for completing documentation and other formalities for inviting tenders.9. Technical review and analysis of tenders to make comparisons and shortlisting.10. Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company?s HSE&Q policies and procedures, ensuring that appropriate preparatory and protective measures are employed at all stages of the work by employees and contractors. Arranges for appropriate safety training to be given to employees and contractors on site.
