Job Responsibilities:? Performs analyses requiring a complex network of steps and variables.? Recognizes technical, instrumental or physiological problems, identifies the cause and evaluates alternative solutions where no pre-set criteria are available.? Confirms and verifies laboratory results utilizing in-depth knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results.? Establishes and monitors quality assurance programs.? Collects, prepares and evaluates patient specimens for analysis and approximately performs technical procedures of the section with accuracy and precision, meeting the standards of all accrediting/regulatory agencies.? Recognizes unusual patient results and identifies problems in analytical procedures/systems; responds with appropriate investigation and/or corrective action.? Observes established safety guidelines and maintains cleanliness of the laboratory.Job Requirements:A degree in Medical Lab Technology with a minimum of 3 years experience or a 2-year Diploma in Medical lab technology with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a medical college assisting in laboratory work for MBBS training.Skills Required:? Ability to deal comfortably with medical and scientific terminology? Ability to produce high quality work under pressure?
