KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR OPERATIONSAccurately process customs entries for inbound/outbound shipments on Dubai customs portal (E-Mirsal II), submit declaration online for sea / air freight, summarize invoices by HS Codes.?Perform and implement all customs clearance activities such as follow up on incoming shipments, documents transactions and day to day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures.Managing all the documentation and submission through E-Mirsal is mandatoryPreparing Export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Export Declaration etc.Handling all kind of customs clearance process.Well versed with Online process i.e. E-Mirsal II and E-Clearance Bill of Entry (Dubai Customs), Jebel Ali.Should have excellent knowledge in Dubai Trade and Dubai Custom system of both Air & Sea shipment clearance.Experience in Import & Export documentation, following up with Dubai customs for duties and deposit refund.Excellent knowledge of Excel and related specialist logistics software.At least 3 years of experience in import/export operations or Customs clearance.Coordinating with warehouse personal for container placement & it returns to port.Maintain proper records/files in line with Audit requirement / Internal Compliance.Extensive knowledge of rules & regulations of GCC Customs.Should have knowledge of Import code renewal process for Dubai customs.??
