We are looking for Bi-lingual (Arabic & English) Female Agent for an Electronic manufacturing company? Politely answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner? Generate customer interest in the company?s products or services? Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs? Manage and update customer database? Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate? Generate leads for sales team by screening callers and identifying potential sales opportunities? Ensure all calls are answered immediately? 6 Months contract (can be extendable) Qualifications? Strong phone skills i.e. diction, active listening? Customer service experience preferred from Tech/IT industry ? Excellent interpersonal communication skills? Only for Dependent/Family Visa holders
