-Work alongside & learn from best in class talent-Strong opportunities to progress your career-Leadership RoleOur client is an Al Anaqh Events Planning CompanyThe JobResponsible for Sales and Booking all weddings and rental eventsEnsure all bookings are carried out successfully from start to finish including booking, contracts, payments, preparing timelines, vendor communication, continued communication with clients, rehearsal schedules and event day preparation.Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure hotel stays ahead in the local marketResponsible for working with the General Manager to continually come up with creative ways to increase our wedding and event bookings and to ensure continued growth in our projected income areas.Supervise and train all employees in weddings and events to ensure professional, positive event experiences for our customers.Address any last minute event day needs with the proper departments or vendors to ensure the facility is clean and set up to the clients specifications including (but not limited to) cocktail hour, decorations, floral arrangements, photo needs/schedules, music, food, tent set up if needed, etc.Ideal CandidateHas at least 1 - 3 years experience ideally in Event Marketing / Event Management or Sales Operations / Sales Support within Hospitality, Wedding, Hotel, and Event industry.Experience within would be a strong advantage.Must be Available in Doha, Qatar.Must be Arab Speaker - Preferably FemaleExperience in Event Planning and SalesExcellent Communication and Client Management SkillsMust have available NOC and has valid QIDRef: OUMU51APQW Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
