Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAE?Estimate the quantity and costs of materials as per the actual requirements at Site.?Liaising with the supervisors for preparing actual quantity requirements as per the site condition.?Liaising with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors for the Subcontractor activities.?Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.?Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other documents.?Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies to implement a most cost effective solutions.?Keeping track of materials requirement as per the budget set and ordering accordingly when required.?Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.Requirements:?Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in same position.?Candidate Must have Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering.
