Purchasing OfficerJob Location : UAE:?Support Project Team/ PMs to achieve the commercial target.?Manage the Procurement Dept. completely? Solid knowledge of whole purchasing processes, replacement, and warranty claims if necessary.?Good knowledge of the UAE market and maintaining a friendly relationship with vendors/ suppliers for better negotiation of pricing, quality credit facility and timely delivery of materials.?Comparing different quotations and negotiating with suppliers regarding price (committed to reducing company expense), Payment terms and delivery schedules.?Sourcing Labour Supply & Sub Contractor?s to ensure they fit below the budget given.?Update preferred Suppliers & Subcontractors database of quick reference on Products, Invoice Payment terms etc.?Project-wise Item Creation in ERP & monitoring Budget in ERP Vs Actual Spend.?Continuous improvement in whatever we do ? to save cost, and improve quality.?Preparing timely LPO?s as per supplier Quotation and site requirements.?Arranging Timely & full material delivery strictly following the schedule.?Minimize Cash Purchases from the Market. Preparing Cash Purchase LPO?s & GRN & old Purchases?Checking Tax Invoice, Delivery Note & LPO ? Submission to Accounts?Sample Arrangement with Mr Ali as requested by Project Manager?Cost control Measures ? ensure procurement is done below the budget given- Material, Manpower & Equipment MachineryRequirements :?5-6 yrs of Experience in Construction field.?UAE Driving License?Wide Knowledge in Building Materials and sourcing materials on time.
