Project ManagerJob Location : UAE:?Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget?Ensure resource availability and allocation?Perform risk management to minimize project risks?Handling the key issues and managing the consultants task in line with the Clients vision.?Design reviews, evaluation and recommendations of progress billings, preparation of preliminary construction cost estimates.?Prepares project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.?Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.?Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
