Post Weld Heat Treatment Technicians: 1500-1700+ 500 (Food), Camp accommodation +Transportation +Yearly roundup ticket and OT as per UAE labour Law. PWHT technicians control the heating and cooling cycles of components and materials for use in the Power Generation, Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas industries. The two main applications for achieving PWHT are Electric & Gas; PWHT technicians will be trained to a high standard in both of these methods. Several years? experience in similar role within the heat treatment industry Computer literate and demonstrate high communication skills Set up and monitor electric Pre-Heating and PWHT Ability to assist in the set up and monitoring of gas PWHT PWHT technicians need good eyesight, and the ability to concentrate over long periods Good understanding of English and Mathematics is required as work involves controlling heating / cooling rates, compiling written reports, working with figures (time v temperature rates) and understanding technical words. Strong Safety awareness and discipline.
