Planning EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Good background & knowledge in project specifications, developing time schedules, & budgets that meet them.?Good Network with Fit out material suppliers & finishes?Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.?Prepare BOQs with all details / specifications?Good knowledge and experience of interior designs and drawings so that quantities and types of materials are extracted to elicit prices from suppliers.?Prepare tender submissions and take offs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors?Read and interpret plans Contract administration Prepare and Analyze AutoCAD 2D Drawings?knowledge and skills including AutoCAD, 3D modeling software., and Photoshop?Analytical and extremely detail-oriented Good IT systems Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to adjust quickly, should there be changes in work priorities.?Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.?Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.?Attending and scheduling meetings as required.?Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.?Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.?Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.?Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.?Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets
