PainterJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :?Putty work and ensuring surfaces are smooth.?Different types/styles of Painting (Oil based, water based, decorative types).?Responding to reactive call out requests.?Carrying out PPM works and reactive tasks.?Ensuring quality of Finishing.?Complete all associated paperworkRequirements :?A professionally recognized technical qualification or completed apprenticeship.?Possesses deep knowledge of Painting techniques and materials?Operational experience is essential.?GCC FM Experience MUST (Min 3 Years)?Excellent communication skills in English and languages from the Asian Sub-Continent is preferable.?Ability to utilize CAFM Systems.?Excellent written and oral communication skills.
