Leasing ExecutiveJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.?Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.?Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.?Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.?Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers.?Confirm rental application data and personal references.?Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.?Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc).?Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.Requirements:?Be organized and have the capacity to work under pressure and make deadlines?Good command in English language?Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills?Valid UAE Driving License?Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work?Strong customer service skills including the desire to meet and exceed tenant expectations.?Demonstrated ability to secure leases and provide sales leadership and training?Presentable & Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants and stakeholders to establish good relationships
