Home Care NurseJob Location : UAE:?Evaluate nursing assessment prior to providing in-home care.?Make changes if necessary in in-home nursing care as per physicians orders.?Evaluate and document physiological, psychological cognitive status of the patients.?Educate and instruct patients, patients family or other staff in in-home patient care delivery.?Plan and implement nutrition-based diet plan for patients in consultation with physicians.?Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering in-home care to patients.?Keep up to date with current trends and knowledge in providing quality healthcare to patients.?Create and initiate innovative solutions that lead to high-quality patient care.?Perform other duties as assigned
