Governance SpecialistJob Location : Abu DhabiMode of hiring/Duration: - 12 Months Extendable ContractDescription: -?Capture details of all operational loss incidents, including near misses and tracking them till their conclusion?Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) across the department to identify key risks and assess effectiveness of process controls?Collect and validate Key Risk Indicator (KRI) data for uploading and reporting to monitor risk appetite and tolerance?Upload department?s documents (policies, procedures, etc.) for risk review on timely basis?Manage Helpdesk as backup?Coordinate for QMS implementation and conducts quality assurance audits?Carry-out weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Process control functionRequirements :?2-3 years relevant experience in the banking sector preferred?Experience in risk management or audit is an advantage
