BMS OperatorJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:?To operate and monitor the BMS system on a daily basis. Report any abnormal readings or issues.?Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities.?Support in the execution of PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies by other trades.?Submit the daily reports to the supervisor.?Communicate to supervisors immediately in case of any major breakdown or Emergency tasks. Follow the safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance work.Qualification & Experience:?Two years Diploma or ITI. Knowledge & experience with BMS Operation.?Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA.?Good reporting skills.?Gulf Region experience preferred.
