4. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for executives.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
9. Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
10. Support the HR department with onboarding new employees.
