Job Description

We are seeking seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Anesthesiologist.As an Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during cardiac surgical procedures. You will work closely with a team of surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.Your key responsibilities will include:?Conducting pre-surgical assessments to determine the appropriate type and dosage of anesthesia for each patient?Administering anesthesia and monitoring vital signs during surgeries to ensure patient comfort and safety?Collaborating with the surgical team to provide specialized care for patients with cardiac conditions?Managing potential complications and adverse reactions to anesthesia?Providing post-operative care and pain management for cardiac surgery patients?Keeping up-to-date on new techniques and developments in cardiac anesthesia?Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety measuresTo be successful in this role, you must possess:?A medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology?A valid license to practice as an Anesthesiologist?Board certification in Cardiac Anesthesiology?A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia?In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals?Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment?Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient carePlease note that it is mandatory to obtain UAE Medical Registration for all listed positions.
