Job Description

Support Planning Engineer in the development of the annual maintenance budgets in coordination with respectivesection for all equipment and facilities within Offshore Facilities, annual production, and maintenance plans,Collecting all the historical data/reports in terms of technical and financial perspective by liaising with the execution, team for ready reference in budget process,Communicate and Co-ordinate with the site execution team for tracking the routine/planned activities for the preparation of reports and plan for respective planning engineer review ,Effectively manage maintenance records (History, reports, technical references, OEM documents etc,Utilize project management tools to track progress against milestones and KPIs. Ensure that all incidents are updated in the Incident tracker.Furthermore, they support planning engineer by close ,co-ordinating with the respective section to conduct or collect Incident RCA (Root Cause Analysis) report from Integrity section, ensure that all observations made during inspections or Unit overhauling must be recorded in the ATS.Also, ATS shall be updated with the action items from incidents, finding from audits, Safety Observations, Near Miss etc. which will cater in an effective monitoring and tracking of all the actions in the section, monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables, and materials to ensure that items are available to meetrequirements and communicate status to respective section in order to facilitate timely replenishment ofstocks,Warehouse Inventory: Monitoring of available Spare and ensure Maintaining of Min Max Items in Warehouse to meet all the requirements.
