Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP and Civil projects.Quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for project execution, ensuring all components are accounted for.Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to understand project scope and identify potential cost-saving measures.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of historical cost data and supplier pricing for efficient future estimations.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MEP and Civil estimation within the construction industry.Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, CostX, Primavera P.Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and Civil engineering principles.
