Roles & ResponsibilitiesSite Management & Technical Execution-Oversee full-scale civil and structural works including heavy equipmentfoundations, pre-engineered steel structures (PEB), piling, and industrial flooring.To ensure and monitor day to day work to be carried out as per drawing issued atsite meeting all quality, safety parameters. To measure the volume of work executedat site for quantity certification etc.-Resolve complex technical bottlenecks and structural clashes on-site, serving asthe primary technical advisor.Coordinate the installation of industrial utilities and machine to be erected onfoundations with other vendors ( Mechanical / Electrical Installation Contractors)Generate precise progress trackers, daily/weekly construction logs, and quantitytake-offs for contractors billing.Desired Candidate ProfileRequired Qualifications & Skills-Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Civil / Structural.-Experience: Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years directlywithin the UAE managing industrial projects.-Technical Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project, andMS Office.-Soft Skills: Exceptionally strong leadership, English communicationEmployment Details-Employment Type: Full-Time-Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer (Industrial Construction) with10+ years of proven expertise to lead day-to-day execution on high-value industrialprojects in Abu Dhabi preferably in KEZAD.The ideal candidate will supervise sub-contractors, manage heavy structural RCC as Well PEB including amenities buildinglike offices etc , internal road and drainage, ETP, Power House etc. and ensure strictadherence to Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and EHS standards.
