Inspectors ( As Applicable for Respective Discipline ) Carryout all stage inspection activities as per ITP such as ? Incoming Material Inspection ? Material Identification & Traceability ? Fit- up ? Welding Surveillance ? Weld Visual Inspection ? WPS / PQR witness and review. ? Various Material Testing Witness at Labs ? NDT Witness. ? RTFI ? Fabrication and Erection Inspection of Structures Piping & Equipment. ? Blasting and Painting Inspection Corrosion Protection. ? Insulation. ? Test Pack Preparation / Pressure Testing / Box - Up / Pre- Com Exposure. ? Electrical & Instrumentation ? Cleaning, Preservation and Pre - Commissioning. ? Day to Day Co-Ordination with L&T and Client as required. ? Closure of Daily reports manually and well in System ( E- ALPS ) ? Timely Document Compilation ? NCR - Raising and closures ? Daily or Weekly reporting as applicable
