Experience in the field of Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industry pipeline works. Job of expertise involves Supervising of piping jobs, Quality AssuranceResponsibilities accustomed with the ISO 9000 requirements.Site inspection and respective documentation and control.? Test package identification, review and verification.? Co-ordination with client and sub-contractors.? Erection of spools as per co-ordination.? Preparing inspection request for client inspection on various activities of piping & welding.? Occasional inspection of erection of work and co-ordination with sites.? Submitting the inspection requests to the client for various piping, welding inspections in accordance with the approved inspection and test plan.? Regular monitoring and reviewing of calibrated measuring and test gauges (Pressure gauge, Relief valve etc.) and maintaining records.? Material inspections.? Responsibilities for assuring and controlling the work quality as per the approved specification, drawing and international standards/codes.? Prepare detailed records and reports at all inspections conducted at the site and maintain the quality control documentation.? Day to day planning and co-ordination of QA/QC activities.? Done inspection, testing and walk through for steam tracing lines.? Line checking and preparation of punch lists.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-? Degree or Diploma in Mechanical EngineeringCertification:-ADNOC CertifiedCSWIP 3.1 CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTOR.ANST LEVEL II NDT CERTIFICATION INULTRASONIC TESTRADIOGRAPHIC TESTMAGNETIC PARTICAL TESTPENETRENT TEST
