The Waiter provides day-to-day hospitality and food and beverage services across all pantry areas, refreshment corners, beverage stations, and event setups within the Authority?s premises. The role holder is responsible for maintaining pantry standards, delivering service to staff and visitors, supporting event hospitality, and ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.The Waiter reports to the Floor Supervisor and works within the hospitality team under the oversight of the Administration and Services Department.SkillsEducation: Secondary school certificate minimum. Hospitality or F&B certificate is preferred.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a waiter or food and beverage service role in a corporate, hotel, or institutional environment.Food safety knowledge: Understanding of food handling, FIFO, chiller management, and basic hygiene standards.Language Functional: spoken English is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage.Physical fitness: Role involves standing, moving, and carrying for extended periods.
