Achieve the monthly targets with qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Sales Manager? Motivate and manage customers (convenience stores and groceries) within the designated geographic area for brand/product portfolio development? Ensure brand visibility and merchandising in the stores as per the company planograms guidelines? Placement and positioning of new product launches as per priority and guidelines? Service and activate existing customer base and develop their loyalty for consistent business? Identify new and prospective customers, educate, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution? Follow-up with the trade and timely collect outstanding as per the company provided credit limit? Organize and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in your assigned area? Monitor stock level and replenishment? Administrative function and meeting deadlines related to your designated area (daily visits feedback, weekly trend, daily sales report, business/collection review)
