Job title: ISO Lead AuditorDepartment: Quality ControlReports to: Chief Operating OfficeEmployment Status: Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities:? Carrying out regular internal audits for the company's ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001)? Monitoring the audit cycle programme to ensure it remains effective and up to date? Taking responsibility of the audits conducted by external auditors and third party auditors as per customer requirements? Assisting quality team in developing quality reports as per audit requirements; present audit reports to top management, as needed? Acting as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement of the requirements of these four certifications? Producing and submitting a full audit report on each audit undertaken? Producing audit summary reports for each audit undertaken? Ensuring any non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate department? Ensuring all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate Action plan, and ?Work In Progress? comments are provided after an appropriate interval for each action until completion? Conduct follow up audits / checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure other actions are completed? Engaging with continuous knowledge development regarding each certification?s requirements, recommended best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards? Recommending appropriate changes as a result of the audit to the Management? Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (e.g., scales, quality checking devices)? Conducting induction training to new joiners on ISO certificationsEducation & Training Requirements:? Bachelors in Sciences or any other field? Certified ISO Lead AuditorSkills Requirements:? High attention to detail.? Management and leadership skills? Computer skills on MS OfficeExperience Requirements:? Minimum of two years? experience working in a ISO auditing? At least basic knowledge of manufacturing, and inspection practices
