For more info about our company, visit our website www.aifitechnologies.com or follow us on our social networks!The successful candidate's responsibilities:Graphic design and front-end development- Develop new or enhance existing visual product designs and graphics (computer software, mobile/web applications), style standards (colors, layouts and typography) based on project goals and current trends.- Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.- Closely collaborates with product managers, propose, prepare and present rough drafts of new visual product identities and upgrade the existing designs.- Explore novel design trends and constantly search for the inspirational graphic concepts enhancing company product portfolio or company identity.- Educate and evolve company/team perception and understanding of beauty and taste, as well as the philosophy of art and identify opportunities for growth.UI/UX design and analysis- Constantly analyze, re-evaluate and deconstruct our users? digital interactions and habits.- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using (design and prototyping tools: e.g., Sketch and InVision)- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.- Assertively come up with promising UI and UX strategies based on project goals and company target.- Explore the latest trends in product marketing from UI/UX perspective (UX psychology, mental models, empathy mapping, dark patterns, gamification, etc.).
