Attend to the clients with utmost courtesy and helping them with their travel requirements. ? Answering incoming calls promptly and making reservations according to their requirements ? listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately service ? Providing the client with up-to-date information and offering them with the most suitable and cost-effective solution to their travel needs. ? advising on forthcoming product and discussing special promotions ? Negotiating the terms and conditions before closing sales case ? reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets ? Keep all fare lists up to date by filing all fare changes intimidated by airlines. ? Inform clients with all the special offers available on different airline from time to time.
