  • Handle flight bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and travel inquiries
  • Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, visas, and tour services
  • Assist clients with travel planning and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate GDS systems efficiently (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre)
  • Follow up with customers and maintain strong client relationships
