Job Purpose:Full knowledge, Skill and ability to provide all services offered by our travel department example ?flight bookings, ticket issuance, quotations, travel insurance ? etc.Duties & Responsibilities:? Attend to the clients with utmost courtesy and helping them with their travel requirements.? Answering incoming calls promptly and making reservations according to their requirements? listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately service ? Providing the client with up-to-date information and offering them with the most suitable and cost-effective solution to their travel needs.? advising on forthcoming product and discussing special promotions? Negotiating the terms and conditions before closing sales case ? reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets ? Keep all fare lists up to date by filing all fare changes intimidated by airlines.? Inform clients with all the special offers available on different airline from time to time.? Full Understanding of 24/7 service and ability to attend to the emergency calls after working hours ? Help the management with collection of payables.? Collect Local Purchase orders against ticket-issuance
