1. Receives instructions, prints, and work routers for the job. Reviews details of working procedure, tools and material requirements. 2. Disassembles and Assembles work piece(s) using heating and cutting equipment 3. Repairs work piece(s) by using welding/blending techniques and appropriate equipment/tooling 4. Correctly rout-out/remove base metal cracks, weld back up, and blend airfoil back to original contour 5. Maintain dimensional control of components during the welding process6.Understanding area/harmonics of gas turbine nozzles and how the repair/welding process can effect it 7. Blending of airfoil / surface contours using high speed grinders/polishers 8. Fabricates tooling/fixture by cutting, burning, and welding various metals 9. Keeps equipment, tooling and work area clean, orderly and secure 10. Uses measuring equipment to ensure proper dimensions given in drawings or instructions 11.Performs minor NDT (Red Dye/PT) inspections 12.Perform any and all other tasks as assigned by supervisorPlease send your profiles to cv@jamshrsolutions.com
