Lead and manage the end-to-end testing and commissioning process for rail systems including signaling, communications, rolling stock, power supply, and track systems.

Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and readiness of systems.
Oversee system integration testing, static and dynamic testing, trial running, and handover procedures.
Ensure compliance with international standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
Manage third-party testing agencies and interface with client representatives and regulatory authorities.
Prepare and review technical documentation including test procedures, reports, and certifications.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful commissioning outcomes.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and performance.
