Manage the technology risk and audit remediation programme via delivery of action plans and associated evidence to internal group and external parties.Ensure readiness of the technology function for future risk and audit assessments.Manage the review, challenge and acceptance of all future technology remediation actions.Specific Accountability? Own and drive until closure all technology risk remediation findings.? Align with local stakeholders, technology and Group Audit, IT Risk, IT Services and Security Office forrequired remediation steps.? Interface with third party technology providers for supporting open risk remediation, productiondeployment and submission of evidence through to finding closure.? Single Point of Contact for all Group and external Risk and Audit remediationdeliverables.? Continual evaluation of audit and risk readiness and alignment to policies for future pending audit andrisk exercises and assessments.? Ensure acceptance of any future remediation findings are aligned to group policies, have clear deliverables and are actionable.? Leverage ongoing group wide remediation plans or current services ? Manage and deliver regular technology reporting and KRI management relating to Risk and Audit remediation deliverables and pending assessments.? Define and manage with Group functions weekly remediation reports and dashboards for extendedvisibility.Has worked a minimum of 5 years in a technology risk and controls role.? Proven track record in technology risk, audit management and audit remediation.? Ability to challenge current working practises and seek continual improvement.? Worked in both a head office and satellite office environments with the experience to influence andchallenge status quo.? Ability to challenge, influence and rationalise technology risk findings and remediation approaches.? Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.? Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive whilst working under pressure both locallyand from head office.? Should have a positive ?can do? attitude along with a flexible approach to the tasks that are required.
