Job PurposeTo manage and provide customer oriented technology services in an effective manner, optimize utilization inclusive of training and maintenance. Principal Accountabilities1) Maintaining and administering computer network and systems software, hardware, and configurations.2) Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.3) Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware and operating system software.4) Monitoring network performance and monitor performance of computer systems 5) Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, other network and system problems including system software. 6) Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.7) Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.8) Coordinating computer network access with network users.9) Respond to enquiries and help resolve network problems.10) Responsible for technology solutions on Hardware and Security.11) Ensure the system configuration, Process, Reports are in adherence.Take ownership for continued Team Performance in a proactive manner.13) The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize mission critical tasks and coordinate the construction and expansion of systems so updates and other maintenance tasks don?t get in the way of daily operations.14) Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriates in accordance with the Group policy with proper documentation15) Responsible for backup operations Minimum Requirements Qualification & Work Experience? Degree / Diploma in Information Technology related field of study.? Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar field.? Strong Knowledge of network infrastructure, network hardware, application transport and other network protocols.? Able to create and understand network diagrams and documentation for design of network systems including WAN setup.? Dependable and flexible to work across any location.? Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.? Strong knowledge of Network security experience.
