Establish and maintain best standards in Drilling Supply activities as per company defined process and Work efficiently to minimize operational costs and maintain high standards of service.Key activities including working with the Supply Management Team to develop, implement improvements to organizational planning, policies and operational systems; Diversify funding sources to improve business sustainability; Implement Island Supply Logistics team structure that better equips the to achieve the goals and aspirations of the Strategic Plan of ADNOC OFFSHORE. Multi-tasking role in a collaborative team environment.Guides, directs, trains and motivates the Team members to work to their best potential and perform effectively together as a team. Work in line with ADNOC OFFSHORE HSE Policy, and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinatesMinimum QualificationCompletion of higher Diploma Education, plus 3 years formal training in mechanical tradesMinimum 3 Years Work Experience in Drilling operations, Logistics & Supply Chain.Familiar & knowledgeable with all drilling related & testing related equipment and materialsFluent in oral and written EnglishStrong interpersonal & organizational skills
