Vacancy: Supplier Registration SpecialistUrgently required for our client in Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirements:-? Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience.? Should be comfortable in using online systems such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc..? Should be able to understand the process and related standard operating procedures.? Quick learner with ability to multi-task.? Review and approve the supplier registration request.? Review information provided by suppliers in the general questionnaire, request and guide suppliers to modify incorrect information and approve or deny the supplier registration.? Enter relevant data provided by suppliers into the internal form to register suppliers (Entity, Category, ADERP No., Related Supplier ID).? Initiate supplier qualification.? Re-invite suppliers who have failed to register or did not receive invitation e-mail.? Submit supplier deactivation request.? Create Supplier record in Oracle manually once the supplier is registered and qualified in Ariba.? Ensure that the supplier progresses through the various stages of supplier registration process within defined SLAs.?
