Vacancy: Supplier Registration LeaderUrgently required for our client in Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirements:-? Graduate with 10-12 years of work experience.? Ability to manage teams, improve end-user experience and operational efficiency.? Must have strong data orientation and ability to get insights from different data sets and reports.? Demonstrated ability in driving projects and improve internal processes.? Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders like Finance, Technology, and external Entities.? Quick learner, leadership skills, ability to multi-task as well as delegate. ? Assign supplier registration requests to the supplier registration specialist pool.? Review and approve supplier registration questionnaire.? Review and approve supplier qualification questionnaire.? Review and approve supplier deactivation request.? Ensure the quality of supplier information captured in the system.? Assign the Help Desk tickets to the supplier registration specialists and ensure that all queries and defects are auctioned and closed within agreed SLA.? Review and understand critical issues and proactively participate in their resolution.? Monitor SLAs and ensure supplier on boarding process is completed as per the agreed SLAs.? Manage and guide the Supplier Registration Specialists regarding process related issued.? Monitor the performance of Supplier Registration Specialists and advise on improvements.?
