Position Summary:This role will be responsible for efficient inventory control and assist with procurement.Key Responsibilities ? Maintain and manage the inventory for all the business units.? Perform monthly inventory audit? Establish stock levels and place orders as per requirements? Introduce and maintain efficient stock control systems ? Plan future capacity requirements by monitoring inventory levels to assure appropriate stock balance? Ensure proper documentation from the movement of stock in and out of the stores.? Assist with supplier registration process and ? Ensure all new suppliers complete the required formalities.? Ensure the goods purchased in a timely manner? Follow-up on orders placed to ensure the deliveries on time.? Participate in Inventory on a monthly basis.? Monitoring all receipts & Issues of goods at Stores.? Floor planning for storage of goods and safekeeping of all stored items.
