Roles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) to students.Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and practical demonstrations in line with the curriculum.Train students in Microblading, Ombre Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner Tattoo, Scalp Micropigmentation, and other SPMU procedures.Conduct student assessments, evaluate practical competencies, and provide constructive feedback.Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance while maintaining accurate training records.Provide academic guidance and mentorship to support student success.Ensure compliance with institutional policies, health and safety standards, and infection control protocols during practical sessions.Maintain cleanliness and proper usage of training equipment, tools, and materials.Stay updated with the latest SPMU techniques, trends, and industry best practices.Support the institute in maintaining high standards of training quality, student satisfaction, and overall academic excellence.Desired Candidate ProfileCertified Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) Professional with relevant industry qualifications.Minimum 2 years of practical experience in SPMU procedures and training.Strong expertise in Microblading, Ombre Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner Tattoo, Scalp Micropigmentation, and other advanced SPMU techniques.Passionate about teaching and mentoring aspiring beauty professionals.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to deliver engaging theoretical and hands-on practical training.Strong organizational, time management, and classroom management skills.Professional, patient, and student-focused approach to training.Knowledge of health, hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards.Experience in maintaining student assessments, training records, and documentation is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with management and contribute to the institute's academic excellence.Immediate joiners and candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred.
