DescriptionIn this position, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients who present with a variety of medical emergencies such as stroke, heart attack, trauma, and other acute illnesses. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and high-quality care, prioritize patient needs, and make crucial decisions promptly to save lives and improve patient outcomes.Responsibilities:Independently assess and manage patients with acute medical conditions and injuriesPerform comprehensive physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic testsMake accurate and timely diagnoses and develop and implement appropriate treatment plansPerform medical procedures including wound management, suturing, and fracture immobilizationAdminister medications, fluids, and other emergency treatmentsEffectively communicate and coordinate care with patients and their familiesCollaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as requiredMaintain accurate and detailed medical recordsStay updated on the latest advancements and guidelines in emergency medicineRequirementsMedical degree and valid license to practice as an Emergency Medicine Consultant/SpecialistCompletion of are cognized residency program in emergency medicineDemonstrated experience in managing and treating a wide range of acute medical conditions and injuriesThorough knowledge of emergency medicine protocols, procedures, and best practicesExceptional clinical skills and ability to make quick and accurate decisions in high-pressure situationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team membersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentValid certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Company Profile Established in 2010, SearchPlus’ main business focus is in Executive Search and Selection.
