Work with the restaurant Management in developing menus in accordance with the restaurant?s policy and vision? Study the most moving item in the Menu and take part in the review meeting for suggested new items and improvements on low performing items.? Proficient in communicating ideas across to kitchen staff and getting job done? Be part of both technical and administration operations.? Understanding of Indian cooking methods and spice proportions? Excellent record of kitchen and staff Management? Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions? Familiar with industry?s best practices? Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant Management software, POS)? BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
