Roles & Responsibilities Conduct on-site assessments to determine optimal solar panel placement and system design based on energy needs and site conditions. Install solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and other electrical components, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes. Perform electrical wiring and connections, including AC and DC circuits, ensuring proper grounding and voltage levels. Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, using diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred. NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair. Prior experience in the residential or commercial solar industry.
