Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable Abu Dhabi building regulations and safety standards.Review construction activities, identify technical issues, and report site progress to the project management team.Ensure construction works are completed according to approved schedules and quality requirements.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering consultancy in Abu Dhabi.Previous experience in construction site supervision and project execution.Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, quality control, and site inspection procedures.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors and consultants.Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
