? Review Service Operations Manuals (SOMs) for accuracy of data provided by service providers with actual at site information and recommend changes.? Ensure all SOMs are up to date as per on site conditions/requirements and recommended changes.? Ensure that programs and procedures defined in the SOMs are being implemented correctly.? Perform inspections at all sites in accordance with company audit programs and highlight to suppliers for rectification.? Record and maintain logs of all inspections and findings including discrepancies.? Check all documentation including reports submitted by service providers for accuracy and compliance to contracts.? Assist in service provider evaluation based on current process and procedures.? Prepare and submit service provider evaluation report to Third Party Services Manager, on a weekly / monthly basis.? Carry out follow-up communications and inspections for issues identified in audits and inspections, in order to ensure that all outstanding actions are resolved and closed.? Ensure all specifications as per the contract are as per the international regulatory and local quality standards.? Assist Third Party Services Manager in review and improvement of current audit process and procedures.? Provide support to project team in aspects of building services supervision and inspection works on site.? Administration and supervision of relevant building services contractors to verify work completion on site as per the contract.? Manage and monitor labour resources, work done, progress, material and equipment on site, in order to ensure on time, and compliance with contractual terms and SOMs.? Update and maintain site records including but not limited to progress reports, daily report, liaise with contractors.? Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
