? Ensure Client satisfaction with the services provided such as landscaping, water treatment, pest control, technical installations.? Supervision of the quality of service provided by Third Party Contractors. ? Together with Third Party Services Department, evaluates the performance and development of the contractors/suppliers to improve the level of service. ? Responding appropriately to urgent issues or request raised by Clients by applying proper solutions. ? Proper reporting of issues related to the property handled to Clients/Operations Manager. ? General upkeep and maintenance of the properties handled to ensure that they meet health and safety standards, in compliance with the legal requirements.? Manage property budget, to ensure no overspend on the approved budget.? Prioritize and identify technical and services issues according to criticality to the Client.? Provide the Client / Client Representative with a full and concise explanation of the expected outcome of and technical services to be carried out at the property. ? Approves procurement requirement and ensures availability of required spare parts and other parts as per need.? Schedule the application of preventive and corrective maintenance as identified per property.? Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
