The SPI & SPEL Administrator is the SPI & SPEL product owner for a project and is responsible for overall SPI & SPEL system setup, configuration, and day to day operation. The SPI & SPEL Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all projects are configured per project standards and requirements. The SPI & SPEL Administrator is responsible for general overview of project SPI & SPEL implementation/execution. These projects by nature of their complexity and difficulty require the fully competent application of conventional knowledge in oil & gas. He should have a desire to be at the forefront of the oil and gas sector and deliver outstanding projects.Responsibilities and Duties? Liaise with Design Systems Manager for system improvements and modifications? Implementation and setup of SPI & SPEL projects in the offices globally to project standards? Coordination with Lead Discipline Engineers/Designers as required? Input into development and implementation of new procedures, guidelines and workflows as required? Management of project specific SPI & SPEL Guidelines and general input to changes into SPI procedures? Produce project job notes as need to improve project efficiency and work practices? Consolidate/Merge SPI & SPEL databases and trouble shoot issues.Position Roles & Accountabilities:? Oversight of setup and configuration of SPI & SPEL projects ?
