Our Big financial services client(based in Abu Dhabi) is looking for a Analyst with extensive experience in Service Level Management. ? Ideally someone with background in Accounting/Finance or Audit (finance/accounting degree and minimum of 5 years work experience in accounts payable/finance or an audit role) ? Candidate who is diligent, reliable person who executes tasks with high attention to detail? Used to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment and someone who is reliable and can work on his/her own initiative without a need of close supervision? Strong English communication skills, able to read and understand English contracts (Outsourcing Agreements / Subscriptions etc.) Education? Minimum B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent. The incumbent will work with both Internal and External Stake holders? Internal : Works with IT teams and sections, Support divisions and all business departments.? Externally: IT service provider vendors and Government Entities
