*Working?with the Manager - Project Management this position offers a variety?of work and will see you involved in:?Performing?Plant identification, classification and understand the characteristics of?plants.? Rreview of contractors shop?drawings, detailing, material submittals, method statements, RFIs etc.? Carry out?routine inspection of landscape & irrigation works, determines quality?of work, suitability of materials for installation in compliance to?approved drawings, specifications, codes & standards.? Assisting?with management of project financials (costs, billings and collections,?ordering materials and equipment), including negotiating, preparing and?issuing sub-contract? Managing?risks and investigating potentially serious situations to circumvent?problems or promptly implement corrective measures as required.? Issuance of?site Observations and NCRs.What?you will bring to the team :? Knowledge of?current methods for the installation and maintenance of soft & hard?landscape, irrigation systems, water features, play equipment & shade?structures, landscape furniture and other works related to landscaping and?irrigation systems.? Sound?understanding and implementation of Authority codes and applicable?standards including UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, NFPA, ADIPC, ADIMC and?ASHRAE.? Excellent?written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues?concisely? Applicant must?hold a UAE driver s license and will be responsible for?transportation to and from the project site.?
