Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and adheres to safety regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain an organized workflow and timely material deliveries.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.Lead and motivate a team of workers, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability on site.Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum of a high school diploma; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, with a strong understanding of various building techniques.Certifications in safety management (e.g., OSHA) and first aid are essential for ensuring site safety.Ideally, candidates should have experience in commercial or residential construction projects.
