The Showroom Manager oversees the general operation of the showroom ensuring its smooth and efficient operations. The job holder must plan, monitor and maximize retail budgets and product inventory, focusing on sales, while serving as a positive role model to the retail team.?Lead the store team in maximize store performance through proposing and implementing effective actions based on relevant KPIs?Drive the showroom team in deliver the best customer experience through the Marina Home customer journey?Strive towards maintaining long-term relationships with customers in order to promote Brand loyalty?Understand the local market, trends and competitors? activities in order to identify opportunities of growth and development?Ensure and coordinate the efficient running of the store both front and back of house?Be responsible for the implementation of all key business initiatives and Company strategies at store level?Manage, coach and support the development of the team?Ensure policies and procedures are perfectly followed and applied in order to maximize results and guarantee excellent showroom standards
